Here's how the process works...

Submit a
Repair Request Form
and drop off your gear at FERAL Denver.
Please drop off your item(s) within 3 days.

I'll take a look at your gear and email you a quote for your repair(s).
Once approved, you'll be added to my repair schedule and I'll email you a payment form.

As soon as your repair is complete and ready for pick-up at FERAL Denver, I'll notify you via email.
Pick up your stuff and get back outside!!

FERAL Denver serves as a drop-off and pick-up location for Black Bear Gear Repair.
Repairs do not occur at FERAL, they are taken to my sewing workshop offsite.

I've been sewing for most of my life, but I really leaned into the world of gear repair after I moved to Denver in 2019. I was hired in 2021 as a Gear Repair Specialist at a local outdoor gear shop and the rest is history.
